Warmer weather means a change in culinary seasons at LIV Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It recently launched its new spring/summer fine dining menu filled with succulent flavours and bursting with local seasonal produce. Here are some of the can’t miss dishes for curious casuals and serious foodies alike:
