Visitor’s Guide to The Club

Dear reader,

I don’t know who you are, or why you are visiting White Oaks…but what I DO know, is that you would be remiss if you didn’t take advantage of The Club during your stay.

More than just a gym, the Club offers a wide array of health and wellness amenities all housed within a gorgeous and inviting atmosphere – hello towel service, fireplace and water features! Whatever you’re into – whether it be restorative yoga, high octane weight training, pulse pumping power cycling or working on your tennis swing – we’ve got you covered. Unless you’re into indoor rock climbing, we can’t help you there (yet)… sorry.

Let’s start with a little R&R…

To take an active approach to relaxation, The Club offers a wide range of yoga classes including a few zen options such as Yin Yoga, Restorative/Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. If you’d like something a little more passive, then the “Executive Workout” is most definitely for you. This consists of any combination of whirlpool, sauna and steam room – whatever your heart desires. Escape and sweat out the stress of daily life like a boss!

For those keen on making gains

If you like to blast your favourite tunes, put your head down and get to work…we have two weight rooms available for you, a co-ed gym and a women’s only option – both are decked out with everything you need for a killer workout. Looking for something a little extra? Take it to the next level by booking a session with one of our seasoned Trainers for a personalized and challenging workout tailored just for you.

Love to sweat?

The third floor will be your sanctuary. This level of The Club houses a plethora of cardio equipment from stair masters to arc trainers and all of the tried and true machines that you’ve come to love. For all of the cycling enthusiasts out there – our Spin Studio is located on this floor as well. If treadmills and elliptical machines aren’t your thing, we have a jampacked schedule full of classes that are sure to get your heart pumping. Our instructors will have you sweating up a storm in the Movement Studio, doing Tabata, Zumba, boot camps and more!

Serving up racquet sport realness…

Quick history lesson: White Oaks began as a private Racquet Club back in 1978, can you believe it?! To this day, we are proud to offer our members and guests 6 tennis courts, 8 squash courts and 2 racquetball courts. Book yourself some court time or a private lesson with one of our pros to hone your skills.

You can view our class schedule online or download the WOfit app to your device. Extra charges apply for court time, private racquet lessons, personal training and yoga drop-ins. Court time can be booked online or at The Club Desk, lessons, training and yoga can all be booked/paid for at The Club Desk. Visit us online for more info!
