LIV Summer ’19 Menu Highlights

LIV Restaurant’s fresh new Summer Menu is now available to the delight of foodies everywhere. Classic cuts of meat and fish alongside plenty of local produce, combined with shareable apps, create a stunning fine dining experience. Pair the menu with refreshing summer wines for an extra layer of flavour complexity.

hand roll filled with asian slaw, thai basil, peanut marinated chicken breast in rice paper with sweet thai chili sauce



mixed greens with spinach, arugula, raspberry vidal vinaigrette, blackberries, pistachio, roasted artichoke and beet and scallops with fruited barley and nut salad, smoked tomato and bacon jam



vegan risotto featuring roasted tomatoes and oregano, daiya cheese, vegan sausage, grilled smoked tofu, cashew cream



bacon wrapped grilled 8 oz beef tenderloin (Wellington County), mashed parsnip and yukon potato, mushroom and marsala cream


pine nut and herb compound butter stuffed chicken suprême, caramelized onion, fingerling potatoes, pan jus



eggplant parmesan with fresh mozzarella, marinara, parmesan, spinach fettuccine and green tomato relish and muscovy duck breast with apple cider brine, mashed sweet potato, shallot and merlot jus
