At White Oaks Resort & Spa, exceptional guest experiences have always been at the heart of everything we do. This year, we are proud to celebrate a milestone that reflects that commitment: 25 consecutive years of maintaining our prestigious CAA/AAA Four-Diamond rating.
First awarded in 2001, the Four-Diamond designation recognizes properties that provide an upscale experience characterized by exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, quality accommodations, and outstanding service. To maintain this distinction, White Oaks undergoes annual unannounced inspections conducted by CAA/AAA, evaluating key areas of the resort including our exterior and grounds, public spaces, guest rooms, amenities, housekeeping, management, and guest services.
While receiving a Four-Diamond rating is a significant accomplishment, maintaining it year after year is what makes this milestone so meaningful. Consistency at this level requires dedication, passion, and a shared commitment to excellence across every department of the resort.
For 25 years, our team has worked together to ensure every guest enjoys the high standards of service and hospitality that have become synonymous with the White Oaks experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the care and attention provided throughout each stay, every team member plays an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
This achievement is a testament to the hard work and professionalism of our entire team. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service day after day has allowed White Oaks to uphold the standards expected of a Four-Diamond property for a quarter century.
As we celebrate this milestone, we would like to thank our guests for their continued support and trust. We are honoured to have welcomed so many visitors over the past 25 years and look forward to continuing to provide the exceptional experiences that have earned White Oaks this recognition.
Here’s to 25 years of Four-Diamond excellence—and to many more years of creating unforgettable experiences in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
